Shopping in Halifax

Tuesday 31st March 2009 2:14 PM

Halifax has a wide variety of shops to cater for the discerning shopper.

The Woolshops Shopping Centre, with its selection of high-street names, is adjacent to the 18th century Piece Hall which is now home to a collection of over 40 speciality shops.

This pattern is carried through the rest of the town centre, with the Borough Market, household names and small businesses mixing together to give the visitor a unique outdoor shopping experience.
